If work has been partially completed, Chargedetox may offer a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed. This will be calculated fairly and transparently with full documentation provided.
Changes to project scope after work has commenced may affect refund eligibility. Major scope changes will require a new agreement and may not be eligible for refunds on previously completed work.
If you disagree with a refund decision, chargedetox offers a dispute resolution process. We will work with you to find a fair solution that addresses your concerns while respecting the work completed.
While we cannot offer blanket refunds for completed work, Chargedetox is committed to your satisfaction. We include revision rounds in all projects and will work diligently to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
